Hosting and Master of Ceremonies – £300 (4 hours approximately) £220 if booked with celebrant services
Essentials & Key Announcements
Arrival 1 hour before the ceremony (12:00 PM for a 1:00 PM ceremony)
✔ Welcome and assist guests on arrival
✔ Covers the ceremony and key announcements
✔ Announce the bridal party
✔ Help organise guests for group photos
✔ Look after guests during cocktail hour/pre-reception drinks
✔ Assist guests, if required, by taking their photos using their mobile devices or personal cameras
✔ Direct guests to card post box, present/gift table, and seating plan
✔ Guide guests from ceremony to reception area
✔ Announce the couple into the wedding breakfast/reception
✔ Ensure smooth transitions during the early part of the day
✔ Ends after the couple’s entrance to the wedding breakfast (approx. 4:00 PM based on a 1:00 PM ceremony)

Prestige Package – £600 (10 hours approximately) Special introductory offer: Only £300 if booked with celebrant services!
Full day hosting, Master of ceremonies and guest engagement
✔ Arrival 2 hours before the ceremony (11:00 AM for a 1:00 PM ceremony)
✔ Welcome and assist guests on arrival
✔ Announce and manage the bridal party entrance
✔ Covers the ceremony and key announcements
✔ Help organise and guide guests during cocktail hour/photo hour
✔ Assist with organising group photos
✔ Remind guests to sign the guest book and visit special areas (e.g., photo booth, gift table, card post box)
✔ Direct guests to the seating plan and assist
✔ Assist guests, if required, by taking their photos using their mobile devices or personal cameras
✔ Announce the couple into the wedding breakfast/reception
✔ Provide light entertainment (icebreakers, anecdotes) during quieter moments
✔ Announce key moments: cake cutting, bouquet toss, evening food
✔ Encourage guests onto the dance floor after the first dance

As our celebrant Amanda was exceptional in every way. She went above and beyond to make sure we felt supported, understood, relaxed and confident when it came to our ceremony.
She helped us any way she could every step of the way, she stepped in after we had a dreadful experience with a previous celebrant and completely saved the day.
Within a week of speaking with Amanda about what we are wanted our ceremony to look like, she had put together an initial draft of what we could expect from our ceremony and we worked closely with her to perfect it.
She was there providing advice and material to help us in writing our own vows, made sure we had regular contact and provided us with recommendations and various options of how we could achieve exactly what we envisioned for the day.
